Product is 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Should be complete with all pluggables, accessories and OS pre-installed, unless otherwise noted. Cosmetically in excellent condition with normal wear and tear based on age and use of product, may have minor case scratches. Original Microsoft Windows Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and license key.
Factory Refurbished Grade B (FRB)

Recertified product that was previously in service for more than 1 year. Product is tested 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing with OS pre-installed. Cosmetically in fair condition. May have missing accessories, noted on Overview tab. May have slight LCD blemishes. Case cosmetics may include but are not limited to: top cover, bottom panel, LCD bezel, keyboard bezel, and on the side and back: deep, long, and/or many scratches, chips and gouges (not all the way through the plastics), scuffed, or worn. New Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Windows Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and license key.
